Week one of 1 of 800g Challenge is DONE! Anyone have thoughts ? I personally don't eat a lot of veggies so it was good for me. Also, at first I ate what I normally ate and added the fruits and veggies. NOT A GOOD IDEA. Way too full. I've adjusted. This week should be smoother.
I hinted at it, but this weeks BONUS is 50+g of leafy greens. there will be a video on the app explaining it, but we are looking for things that are like LEAVES, think spinach, lettuces, collard greens, kale NOT broccoli, asparagus, celery etc. SALADS FTW.
I'll post team score updates tomorrow when the week is full over, LOG THOSE SCORES! If team Joe isn't on top I'll come to all your houses and yell at you 6ft away in a mask while throwing sanitized iceberg lettuce at you.
WORKOUTS will be similar, still trying new things for home workouts. Any feedback is helpful! I've added some extras workout for those who want a bit more juice. These wont be done in our zoom classes, but i can help you if you have questions on them then.
