Programming for Week of 3/8/2020
YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW:
This week starts with a BANG with some heavy Back Squats. Fast Metcon to follow. As always check the extra performance for a little extra work to increase that fitness. Keep increasing fitness until it explodes and leaks everywhere!
Wednesday we have a fun benchmark, the bergeron beep test! We’ve done the rep scheme before, but this will be the LEGIT version. Thrusters, pull ups, and burpees. What a pair.
COACHING NOTE I’m going to be out of the office from Tuesday-Monday. Going on a trip to explore the national parks out west (and maybe quick stop in vegas) BUT If you need anything regarding membership/gym/anything let any coach know and it will be solved ASAP! Very sad I'm going to miss the bergeron beep test….
