Ok fitness time, we’ve got some hard work, and some high skill stuff coming in. Tuesday we got some BAR muscle ups. We’ll have a little chat on that day about how to do that and some subs to get the same work done
Friday is a repeat of FORTITUDE, if you did it last time…. Ouch. If you didn’t…. Don't look it up.
As always extra work has out back squats monday and front friday, see if you can fit those in.
