Set your calendars kids, we ALL have a date for Valentine’s Day. It's FRAN!!! This is THE CrossFit benchmark. It’s about 5 mins of pure intensity. Try to make it on Friday and see how you do!

 

The Beast Builder this Wednesday is snatches and overhead squats. Soooo off day?
