THURSDAY

Bench, Deadlift, Bike

FRIDAY

Power snatch, Overhead Squat, Squat snatch, Dubs, toes to bar

SATURDAY

Row, Power cleans, Burpees

SUNDAY

Push press, Cindy rep scheme
