This Sunday's skill work is a little different, we are doing kettlebell work, so think KB Cleans, snatches, jerks, presses, windmills, TGU. It is a lot of stuff you don’t normally see if Crossfit, but I like it and I think you will also!

TUESDAY

Tri Sprint Intervals, Bike, Row, Shuttle

WEDNESDAY

Wallballs, Pull ups, Thrusters, Box Jumps, Kettlebell Swings

THURSDAY

Sit ups, Bike, Strict Press

FRIDAY

Row, Deadlifts, Burpees

SATURDAY

Teams of 3, Toes to bad, assault, Power Snatches

SUNDAY

Walking Lunges, slam Balls
