Happy Second full week of the New Year!

CrossFit Competitions are NOT for everyone, but if fitness is your hobby and you have an interest in the sport of fitness, it can be great! reach out to me and I can certainly help you out to find a comp or things to work on.


This week, much like last week, this week starts with an extension of our skills class! Test out that clean and jerk with a heavy single. Then its a lot of other good stuff. No 405/295 deadlifts. Yet….
