Some real good weightlifting and WODs this week, Come in as much as you can before the holidays! Don’t forget to check that extra work, some real good squats and strict gymnastics.

Skills class this week is working on the clean and JERK! Skills are always Sunday at 9:30.

Also thanks to those to did that Jingle bell run 5K! Guess what, it was way longer than 5k! They LIED. But still a good day.
