Happy week after the open! Great time to assess your training and work on any missing skills. What better way then coming to our new skills class. If you have anything you want to work on, let us know! We will add it to our calendar.

This week we have a nice HERO WOD for Veterans Day, we are going to retest “Jack”. Try and make it in! Some other good skills built into this week some come like everyday and get in wicked good shape.

Power clean Complex, Handstand Push ups, Cleans, Deadlifts

SATURDAY

Row, kettlebell swings, Thrusters
