I think a lot of people noticed how sugar creeps in our diets and sabotages our gains. Now that we aren’t logging diet, let’s continue to avoid these foods that don’t help our fitness journey.
The big winner was David for the beer mile. With a PR of almost a minute! Charles would be proud.
This week is amazing as always, thursday for Halloween we are doing a PUMPKIN workout! Bring a pumpkin, all movements will use it. It’s a good one!
