Programming for Week of 10/13/2019

YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW

We are 2 weeks away from finishing our sugar cleanse! Any takeaways so far? Feeling good? BAD? Everytime I do a challenge I’m always surprised how tough it really is to avoid sugar, especially if you have social events. Let’s keep going the race is TIGHT.

1st Open workout down and we have 4 to go. Let’s hope for no more burpees (Blah) Again this week is odd since we don't know what Friday's workout is, but I’m sure it will be a good one.
