Programming for Week of 10/6/2019

Uh oh! Guys it’s HERE. The CrossFit Open.


What is the open? If you don’t know, CrossFit release a workout every Thursday for 5 weeks, every CrossFit in the WORLD does them. You are able to log your scores online and see how you stack up against the competition!


What does this mean for classes? Well not much is going to change, Thursdays are going to be a little bit more “aerobic” (think longer, lighter workouts) because I don’t know what Friday’s workout is. I’d hate to program thrusters then have Friday be the same thing!


Friday’s WOD will be the “Open” workout all day. So no matter what class you go to, we will be doing that workout.


If you have no interest in the Open, that's ok! Just think of it as any other workout.


Keep avoiding that SUGAR see you this week!



Squats, Bike, Burpee Box Jumps


Deadlift, Strict HSPU, Dubs


Split Jerk, Chest to bar


Air Squats, running, Wreck bag Run,


CrossFit Open Workout


Depends on Friday but probably “adderall” retest
