Week 2 down of our sugar cleanse! It’s hard, mistakes are made, but keep it up! Make this week even better than last.
REMINDER this weekend the gym is CLOSED for a big fundraiser event in Woburn! Everyone sign up! Totally doable for anyone. I’ve got all the details posted, but message me for any questions/comments on the workout.
This week is another SOLID week. You’ll notice some higher skill stiff mixed in, if you didn’t know the CrossFit OPEN starts October 10th. Let’s kick it up a notch and have some fun.
