Big shout out to all the RBP Athletes who completed this weekend at the CrossFit Southie Showdown! So fun! Couldn’t have been a better weekend for it. So proud of everyone.
I’m also proud of everyone doing so well in the diet challenge! Who knew sugar is in everything? Gross. Make sure you log your weekly points in SugarWOD and I’ll update teams accordingly. Make than money.
I’m not proud of this week, we’ve got some brutalness (new word invented at CrossFit RBP). BUT we will all be more fit and feeling great after doing this all. Come in and earn those points!
