Another Big Week, read up!
Diet Challenge Incoming! We know nutrition the hardest part to get dialed in, that's why we do our yearly sugar cleanse to tighten that diet up. Sign up at the gym, we’ll team everyone up in groups of 3, and eat well for 6 weeks! (hopefully after too). $10 buy in, and winners take all. There is a team winner and individual.
If you are around Saturday the 14th we will be hosting a small meeting after the group class to go over challenge in detail and also some general diet advice to aid your training.
ALSO Saturday is the 4th Annual Village Fest! They close down our street and have a lot of food and entertainment. Gym will be Open normal hours!
