BIG WEEK here at the gym!
First, Labor Day (Monday) we have Saturday hours. 9am class ONLY and open gym until 12. A GREAT running workout for your Labor Day.
Second, going forward we are adding a 5pm class! So your weekly schedule is 6am, 9am, 12, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm (no 7pm Friday’s) Gym will open at 4pm during the week.
Come on in and try it out!!
We’ve got a great week ahead, lots of lifting and getting strong and listening to beats. No dancing please.
