Fun stuff coming up on a HOT week. Reminder if you are around Friday we are getting a group together to go the Axe Throwing bar up the street. Def come! I have a sign up sheet on the front desk and I also sent a facebook invite, if you can sign up so I can give a rough head count, that would be good.
This week starts with some heavy Squats, and then we go into a longer metcons that are sure to please your soul. Get in and get FIT
