YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW

 

Fun stuff coming up on a HOT week. Reminder if you are around Friday we are getting a group together to go the Axe Throwing bar up the street. Def come! I have a sign up sheet on the front desk and I also sent a facebook invite, if you can sign up so I can give a rough head count, that would be good.

 

This week starts with some heavy Squats, and then we go into a longer metcons that are sure to please your soul. Get in and get FIT

MONDAY:

Back Squats, Dubs, running

 

TUESDAY

“Jack”

 

WEDNESDAY

Intervals with wallballs, Deadlifts, and Burpees

 

THURSDAY

Running, based intervals

 

FRIDAY

Push ups, Pull ups, Squats, Snatches

 

SATURDAY

Chest to bar, running, Overhead Squats

 

SUNDAY

Lunges, farmers carry, rowing
