July is almost over? GROSS give me more summer plzz. But good news we are rolling into August with some burners for the WODs. Lot of skill work this week, make sure you check the extra performance tap to keep up with the high skill work. Come in everyday, get a freeze pop, get super fit.
Also, T SHIRTS and TANKS are in! I’ll have them ready for tomorrow. We are all gonna look so HOT. If you preordered It’ll be in, if not (WHY NOT) I’ve got some extra available in boys and girls, i”ll post sizes asap.
