We survived the heat! Freeze pops helped. Now back to work. No benchmarks this week, but MAN do we have some spicy WODs. Tuesday sticks out to me, hope you like power cleans.
Thanks to all who came for pull up day workshop! Lot of fun working on those KIPS. If you guys have any skills you want to work on, please let any coach know and we’ll set up a small workshop to work on those. Can be any topic, nutrition, gymnastics, running, videogames. Anything! Especially videogames. I will 100% do a Street fighter 5 workshop, don't test me.

Push Press, dubs, running, push press
THURSDAY
Bike, sit ups, squats
FRIDAY
Snatches, box jumps

1 mile run (I lost you) then beep test
SUNDAY
Power cleans assault bike
