This week is oozing of creamy fitness from every angle. We’ve got all the fan favorites this week, thrusters, 2k row, Snatches. And using the new SANDBAGS Saturday. Be prepared to be scary fit.

SKILLS SESSION UPCOMING:

Want to work on pull ups? Strict and Kipping Pull ups? Chest to Bar? Join us THIS Sunday the 21st at 10 am to work on these skills.

Even if you can’t do a pull ups yet, I’ll give a simple plan to work on pull up strength. EVERYONE COME.
