Starting this week off with a girl benchmark “Elizabeth” IT BURNS. Its a classic. Hope you enjoy ring dips. I don’t.
After that its a good week, adding in some Olympic lifting and other skill work. You will be a better person after this week.

Max Reps Bodyweight Bench Press
Max Strict Pull-Ups
Score all 3 on the board. Do this with a friend, so you can have a spotter on the bench.
If you can do even 1 Bench @ BW and a Strict pull up, do that and score it. If not, choose a sub that allows for 5+reps!
Squats Cleans and ‘Elizabeth”
Running, Chest to bar pull ups, Dumbell Snatches
Bike, “Annie” Bike
Push Press and deadlifts
Rowing, Wallballs, Kettlebell swing
Burpees, power cleans, running
Bench Strict Pull ups
