Happy Week of the 4th! Please note holiday schedule:

3rd - 6am, 9am, 12pm class ONLY. No 6pm,7PM

4th - Closed for potato salad

5th - NO 6am, YES 9am, 12pm, 6pm

Then back to normal life forever.

Big week this week, we start heavy, and WEDNESDAY we are doing the hero workout “Glen”. We did it last year at the 4th. Anyone remember? NO? Here’s a tip, if you forget what it was, Don’t look it up. You’ll thank me later.

Peeps who follow Competitor Program: this week is backwards, I put all the Competitor work in SugarWOD that matches with the class workouts. So follow the App.
