What a fun last week! 80s day was great, or horrible depending on what you think of that style. At our Handstand Workshop we had a few first Handstand Push ups!! So good.

This week is a BANGER, lot of running, so get ready. A fast benchmark called “Nancy” on deck, let’s see how those Overhead Squats are coming.
