YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW

 

What a fun last week! 80s day was great, or horrible depending on what you think of that style. At our Handstand Workshop we had a few first Handstand Push ups!! So good.

 

This week is a BANGER, lot of running, so get ready. A fast benchmark called “Nancy” on deck, let’s see how those Overhead Squats are coming.

MONDAY:

Front Squats, running, Pull ups, Thrusters

 

TUESDAY

Intervals with rowing and hang power cleans

 

WEDNESDAY

“Nancy”

 

THURSDAY

Deadlifts, sit ups, farmers carry

Row, Bike, Squat Clean Thrusters

 

SATURDAY

“Community Day Deck of Cards workout!
