FRIDAY: It’s 80s day at RBP! 80s music, neon clothes, sweat bands to the MAX! DJ Rockwell will be spinning 80s music all day. Come on in! Partner Workout.
SUNDAY SKILLS 10AM:
This month, it’s HANDSTANDs. Come Sunday with Vivian for a session focusing on the Handstand Skill. This will be Handstand Holds, Push-ups, and Walks. All ability levels are welcome! Learn this skill and how it helps us with overall fitness.
