FITNESS ADVICE Things are heating up at the gym. Literally. I love it! But make sure you drink a lot of water, eat well, and come ready to sweat. Fan’s can only do so much, so hydrate like you owe someone money.
This week is good. Have fun
OK so no one did the snatch test. I DID. I like that one. Im busting out another old one we did before, but it was fun.

How many can you get.
If you can do ONE with good form with the rx weight, do so. Mark it down. That's it. One set. How many can you get. I think last time I did 60 and hated every second. Also I don’t think people read this so comment F if you got this far.
