Better late than never!! Good news, everything is easier after Murph. What a great day it was! Thanks for all who came out.
Reminder schedule update starts next week!! Mornings are 6am only, and open gym from 7-9. On Monday, Wednesday, Friday we will be starting a 9am Class. If you know anyone available during that time, have them try it out!
Normal week otherwise, great FAST benchmark friday called “Death Race.” Let’s see who can handle the BURN.
WEEKLY CHALLENGE:
20 Min couch stretch. Seems weird, but it's GREAT. 10 mins per leg.
Seems really weird but I’ve done it and it did wonders for mobility. Do this AFTER or independent of the workout.
