Programming for Week of 5/12/2019

YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW

Something to read while you wait for Game of Thrones! This week is a great combo of heavy lifting and bodyweight. Tuesday we are doing a benchmark “Nicole” but STRICT. In my opinion a better way to do this workout.

REMINDER: Next Monday is Memorial Day, and that means MURPH!! And we are doing a community cookout after! It starts at 9:00am, and party after. Come join!

WEEKLY CHALLENGE:

This is simple, “Mile Time Trial”. What better way to get ready for Murph than to hit a mile? Post your score to the challenge board. Run fast.

Only rule is you have to use the “RBP” mile. If you don’t know our standard mile course, ask a coach when you are in!

MONDAY:

Back squat, rowing, snatches

TUESDAY

Handstands, “Nicole”

WEDNESDAY

Front Squat, hang squat clean, burpees

THURSDAY

Running, odd object conditioning

FRIDAY

Deadlift, toes to bar

SATURDAY

Power snatch, run, overhead squats

SUNDAY

Assault bike, hang power cleans
