This is simple, “Mile Time Trial”. What better way to get ready for Murph than to hit a mile? Post your score to the challenge board. Run fast.
Only rule is you have to use the “RBP” mile. If you don’t know our standard mile course, ask a coach when you are in!

Power snatch, run, overhead squats
