Big thank you to the peeps who came to the muscle up workshop! A lot was learned, and some great gains were had. I want to keep up with the workshops, so if you’ve got something to workout let me know!! Handstands? Oly lifts? Somersaults? Send it.
This week is fire. Of course it is. Start off with some long cardio, end in one of my fav hero wods. Do I need to say come in? I do. Come in.

You didn’t like the last one. it’s ok, it’s only my feelings. This is weeks little more fun (?).
Anyone look at the main site? No? Shame on you. This comes directly from them. They ran a contest, so WE run a contest.
Can you walk 400 meters carrying 50-lb. dumbbells (♀ 35-lb.)?
If not, how far can you go before setting them down?
RULES: This is a farmers carry, so you can’t run. Walking fast is ok. CANNOT STOP, if you stop and adjust, FAIL. One grip, one walk.
If you don’t make 400M, take a pic of where you dropped and Upload it to form to be entered to win.
If you complete 400M, time yourself.
Winner wins something. For real.
