YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW
GOOD NEWS: Back by popular demand is the Weekly Floater WOD Challenge! ...ok no one actually asked for it but I liked it so IT'S BACK BABY.
This will be either a little workout/skill/test that i will update weekly. It will be posted on the Challenge Board.
This week is just good old fashioned HARD WORK. Come in like everyday.
MONDAY:
Clean and Jerks, Bike, Toes to Bar
TUESDAY
Front Squats, Running
WEDNESDAY
Row Buy in, DB Snatches, Burpee box Jumps
THURSDAY
Sit ups, Double Unders, Deadlifts
FRIDAY
Run, Push ups, pull ups, Squats
SATURDAY
Bike, Barbells, teams of 3
SUNDAY
Run, box jumps
