Normal Schedule this week! And SATURDAY will be our community day!! This is a day that anyone can bring a friend, family, enemy. Will be easily scale-able for all athletes. Let me know if you can bring anyone! FYI it’s a normal workout for anyone else, don’t need to bring anyone if you hate all your friends.

Heavy Overhead Squats then Rowing Dubs, and more OHS

SATURDAY

Run, Deads, Burpess

SUNDAY

Bike, swings, Goblets
