12 Rounds for time of:
1 Squat Snatch, 155/105 2 Box Jump, 30/20 3 Push Press, 155/105 4 Toes-to-bar 5 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105 6 Hand Release Pushups 7 Deadlift, 155/105 8 AbMat Situps 9 Kettlebell Swing, 70/53 10 Lunges (10 each side) 11 Wall Balls 12 oz. Of Beer (or 12 Burpees)
This goes just like the holiday song: Start with 1 Snatch, Round two starts with the 2 Box Jumps and then 1 Snatch, Round three is the 3 Push Press, 2 Box Jump and then the 1 snatch. etc...
