At CrossFit RBP, we offer 1-on-1 training with our amazing coaches, seven days a week!
While our CrossFit classes are based around a group fitness model, we understand that some athletes work better in a personal environment. Whether you're an experienced athlete who wants to polish a skill (hanstand pushups, snatch technique, or pull-ups perhaps?) or you're brand new and not sure where to start, dedicated 1-on-1 time puts the focus entirely on you, your schedule and your goals.
One-on-one training is available to everyone (members and non-members)! All it takes is a quick e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll set you up with your first session for free.
