RBP CrossFit: Where the magic happens. This is the main program at RBP. You will find a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and condition all together in a constantly varied program.

Personal Training

RBP Personal Training: Personal Training can be scheduled on a per-client basis. These are private one-on-one sessions that can encompass a variety of skills and movements in order to achieve a clients goals. Please speak with a coach for further details.

Crossfit Kids / Youth Fitness

Youth Fitness: RBP's Youth Fitness program offers an after school program and weekend classes to introduce kids between grades 4 and 8 to great fitness habits.

Weight Lifting

Weight Lifting

RBP Weightlifting: Class focuses on the main Olympic lifting movements: Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. This is a technique driven class to get a firm understanding of the skills involved.

Mobility

RBP Mobility: We use ROMWOD to lead us in various stretches to improve range of motion, breathing, and mobility. Class is usually about about 45 minutes long.
